Her work sits at the intersection of reputational risk, and strategic communications. Chelsea supports organizations navigating complex international partnerships.With advanced Mandarin proficiency and lived experience in Taiwan, China, Japan, and the United States, Chelsea brings on-the-ground cultural intelligence to global stakeholder environments. Chelsea is currently completing an M.A. in International Communication Studies at National Chengchi University, where her research examines digital games, localization, and human-computer interaction.
